ICE CUTTING with HundredWeight Ice

Join us for a 45 min hands-on class at Debbie's. This event is hosted by Richard Boccato, owner of Hundredweight Ice, the first ice company in the world supplying ice for bars and restaurants. Joined by Tim McKee from Whiskey Wednesdays who will also be teaching a segment on cutting his famous ice diamonds. The class will discuss proper maintenance of ice, how best to utilize ice behind the bar and in cocktails, and the best techniques for cutting safely. Class will be followed by a happy hour in Dutch Kills from 5-7PM.
