Whether you're a seasoned runner or just looking for a tasty adventure, this in-person event is perfect for all ages and fitness levels.
At the Ice Cream Run, you'll have the chance to run/walk with friends and enjoy delicious treats at the finishline. The picturesque route will take you through scenic neighborhoods and parks, offering a refreshing change of scenery as you strive for the finish line.
Don't worry if you're not a competitive runner, this event is all about having a great time with friends and family while giving back to kids in your community. So, gather your loved ones, put on your favorite running gear, and join us for a morning filled with laughter, ice cream, and unforgettable memories.

Yes, kids in strollers are allowed. And No additional entry fee is required.
In an effort to reduce the production cost of this event and be able to donate more shoes to local kids in need, this event is not timed. Therefore there will be no results for your individual performance.
Since this isn't a timed event, there are no age group awards. But we will have a finisher's medal.
The amenities for this run include: Bruster's Ice Cream, a free pair of Swiftwick socks, Ice Cream Run cooling neck towel, a gift from our sponsor Hoka, Ice Cream Run decal, finisher's medal, plus your entry will help us create the biggest footwear giveback in the history of our event.
AZ Foster Alliance (formerly AZ Helping Hands) brings much needed support and supplies to foster youth throughout the valley. Last year we donated several hundred pairs of shoes to their non-profit and we are looking to double the donation this year.
Ice Cream Run T-shirts are available for pre-order through eventbrite. Any leftover T-shirts will be available for purchase the morning of the event.
The course starts and finishes at Tortoise and Hare Sports. This is an open course where participants will be interacting with traffic, traffic lights, other pedestrians/cyclists. You will be running on local sidewalks and streets (adjacent to Arrowhead Town Center, 79th ave & 75th ave).
We will not have aid-stations along the course and encourage participants to bring a water bottle/water pack to carry any water/supplies they will need. We will have water, restrooms at the start/finish in the shop.
Like all running events, the nature of this event doesn't allow for refunds.
