Ice Bath Experience

A unique ice bath experience on the shores of the Caribbean. We combine music, breathwork, cold exposure, and ocean views to provide you with a unique holistic experience.

Ice baths have become increasingly popular in recent years due to the substantial mental and physcial benefits. Participants can experience a massive release of feel-good chemicals, reduced inflammation, increased circulation, weight loss, better sleep, and so much more.

Each session is led by an experienced cold plunger and ReConnect staff member. While we only have a few spaces we list on Eventbrite, each session has between 10-20 participants.
