Welcome to ICAP? I Can!ICAP? I Can is a dynamic, virtual half-day study day focused on the Intensive Comprehensive Aphasia Programme (ICAP)—an evidence-based, person-centred approach to aphasia rehabilitation. The programme combines intensive therapy, functional communication, and psychosocial support to maximise outcomes for people living with aphasia.This study day offers participants the opportunity to:<ul><li>Learn about the principles and evidence underpinning ICAP</li><li>Explore real-world case examples and therapy approaches</li><li>Gain practical insights into integrating ICAP principles into clinical practice</li><li>Connect with peers and experts to share ideas and strategies</li></ul>Aimed at speech and language therapists, students, and professionals working in aphasia rehabilitation, the event provides both theoretical knowledge and practical takeaways. Participants will leave with increased confidence and inspiration to apply ICAP methods, supporting individuals with aphasia to achieve meaningful communication goals.
