More of the world’s economy, media, politics and everyday practices are tied to games today than ever before. To imagine the (playful) future of communication,, we are bringing early career scholars from diverse methodologies and backgrounds together to discuss how game studies can act as vital testing grounds for issues of culture and society. Conference fee: $20 USD (Yay, we managed to drop the attendance fee from $75 USD with the help of our sponsors!)
The fee includes: Breakfast (08:00 - 09:00), lunch (12:15 - 13:00), reception appetizers (16:30 - 18:00) and non-alcoholic beverages during breaks. You are welcome to bring containers to take away food at the end of the day. We will also try to provide boxes.
Public transportation tickets for both ways from Toronto downtown St. George Campus to the Mississauga Campus.
