This open level yoga flow class balances strength and mobility with effort and ease. Explore safe alignment and stability with mindful pacing, alongside breath-centered movement to support a spacious, energizing yet grounded practice.

Mimi Le is a certified 500HR yoga teacher based in Brooklyn, NY. Her classes are led with caring guidance, honoring each individuals unique mind-body state, creating space for her students to discover their own experience of well-being through yoga.

*All classes will be 50 minutes with warm up and cool down. Work at your own pace and intensity. Modifications will be provided.

*If there is rain in the forecast, class will be held indoor. Please meet at IC Athletic Club (237 36th Street) for further instruction.

*Please show the Eventbrite confirmation with signed liability forms to the instructor and sign in on the sheet. No walk ins.

*Please bring your own mats, towels, water, and appropriate shoes/clothing.
