A regular, online support group for those living with PMDD and or PME hosted by IAPMD (International Association for Premenstrual Disorders). Sometimes nothing beats talking face to face to others who understand - that’s why we have video support groups so you can easily connect with others in a safe, moderated environment.
This group is for individuals living with PMDD/PME who would like a safe space to discuss PMDD & Relationship issues.
This group meets on Sundays at 5pm EST.
Please, no partners - this group is for PMDD/PME PATIENTS ONLY - for partner support please check out Aaron's or Leo's groups.
Spaces are limited so please only book a space if you are able to attend. Please cancel your spot if plans change and you can no longer make it.
