Bring your family and join a UF/IFAS Extension Sarasota County educator to learn the basics of using iNaturalist on a short outdoor bioblitz exploration of Urfer park. Use the app as we explore the outdoor world and learn how to part of ongoing species mapping and inventory. Discover the wonders of the park, make observations and learn how to be a contributor to iNaturalist. Learn about the animal and plant families that call the outdoors home. Download the iNaturalist from your app store before arrival. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
Meet at the front kiosk by the parking lot.
Advance registration is required. Only adults (18+) may register through Eventbrite, although younger family members are permitted at the event itself.
