Georgetown Main Street’s vision is to build a vibrant, inclusive, and collaborative commercial corridor that champions diverse small businesses and continues to grow the local and unique nature of Georgetown.The Georgetown Main Street Program is funded in part by the Department of Small and Local Business Development (DSLBD) and officially recognized as a DC Main Streets Program.

<H3 CLASS="font_7">Calling all brides and grooms! Join us on Saturday, August 3 from 11 - 3 to enjoy a curated afternoon of activities and discounts from Georgetown businesses along Wisconsin Avenue. Participation is free!</H3>
For years, the Georgetown area has been home to the highest concentration of businesses catering to brides, couples and families who are planning a wedding in the DMV. Couples have long since utilized Georgetown as a beautiful place to host weddings and related events, take engagement photos and of course, find wedding related attire and services.
Upon check-in at the Sovereign Alleyway (1206 Wisconsin Ave), guests will receive a District Doughnut and a map of business along the corridor offering special activities and discounts (see list of participating storefronts below). Additionally, 4 featured storefronts will host scheduled events catering to all different aspects of wedding planning!

I Do is a free event - however, tickets for giveaways and exclusive prizes are available for a suggested donation to Georgetown Main Street for $10 for 1 or 5 for $40. Tickets can be purchased the day-of. Winners of the giveaways will be announced at the final event of the day beginning at 2:30. Giveaways include:
