I Am Perspective 2024 Women's (un) Conference

Igniting conversations that transcend generations and backgrounds. Sharing and shifting perspectives on the future of womanhood, it's a day dedicated to the wealth of knowledge, health, and shared experiences among women. We're asking ourselves questions that matter: Where do we find wisdom from elder women, especially if we lack familial support? How can we pass down our lived experiences to future generations of women? What are the pressing issues we face as women today? Have we embraced independence at the expense of community? And how can we foster supportive friendships while combatting adult bullying and scarcity mindsets?

It's not your typical event with speakers dictating from the front of the room. Instead, it's a day dedicated to intergenerational wisdom, shared experiences, and authentic connections.

About Us: I Am Perspective is a social community organization that provides a platform for people to express their stories and perspectives. Our mission is to create empathy and understanding between diverse communities. We strive to create a more inclusive and equitable world.

Born from the collaboration of two lifelong friends—Master Facilitators, Nussy Alam and Jo’rell Whitfield—who, despite our differing backgrounds, shared a common dream: to create spaces where people could come together, speak openly, and grow personally and collectively.
