To secure your spot, please make sure to call or email us in advance. There is a $32 drop-in fee that must be paid at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled workout. Additionally, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes before the session begins to sign our waiver and get set up. This helps us ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
