When will I receive my wave time?

We send wave times out two weeks before race day. Your start time will be between 8 and 3.30pm.

When should I arrive?

We recommend arriving at least 20 minutes before your start time so you can familiarise yourself with the course, receive and onsite briefing and have time to warm up.

Are there changing rooms and showers?

Yes, we have private changing and a shower available onsite.
