This is a HYROX-inspired fitness race combining running and functional workouts in a high-energy competition format.

OPEN INDIVIDUAL

Sled Pull

Men: 225# + sled

Women: 180# + sled

Sled must fully cross finish line.


Ski Erg

Men & Women: 1,000m

Damper: athlete’s choice

Monitor must show zero before start


Burpee Box Jump-Overs

Box Height:

Men: 24"

Women: 20"

Chest and thighs touch ground

Two-foot takeoff required

Step-down allowed

Must clear box (no hands on box)


Farmer’s Carry:

Men: 2 × 53 lb kettlebells

Women: 2 × 35 lb kettlebells

Distance: 250m

Drops allowed, must resume from drop point


Row

Men & Women: 1,000m

Damper open. Must reset monitor


Wall Balls:

Men: 20 lb to 10 ft

Women: 14 lb to 9 ft

Full squat below parallel

Ball must hit or pass target line


SCALED INDIVIDUAL

Sled Pull:

Men: 135 lb + sled

Women: 90 lb + sled

Box Height:

All: 20"

Step-over allowed

Chest and thighs touch ground


Farmer’s Carry:

Men: 2 × 35 lb

Women: 2 × 26 lb

Distance: 250m


Wall Balls:

Men: 14 lb to 10 ft

Women: 10 lb to 9 ft


DOUBLES

General Rules:

Partners run together

May split work however desired

Only one athlete working at a time per station

Loads:

Open Doubles: Open weights

Scaled Doubles: Scaled weights

Mixed doubles: Respective Open/Scaled weights


RELAY (INTRO / COMMUNITY DIVISION)

-One athlete works at a time

-Athletes rotate per station

Runs: one athlete per 500m

Loads (Scaled Across Board):

Sled Pull: Scaled

Farmer’s Carry: Scaled

Wall Balls: 10/14 lb to 8/9 ft

Box Height: 20"

Ski/Row split evenly (can switch @ 250m)
