Question 5

If doing the Doubles division, does each participant need to buy. their own ticket?

YES.  Each member of the doubles team (men's or women's) needs to buy their own ticket.  You will notify us prior to the event date on which members will make up your doubles team.

Question 6

Can I arrive anytime before my scheduled heat time?

Accepted Answer

YES.  You can come at anytime after the event begins as there will be vendors, a warm-up area, etc.

Question 7

Do I have to run the 1,000m in between every station?

Accepted Answer

YES.  Since this is a race simulation, there will be no progressions allowed for the running or any of the other workout stations.

Question 8

Will there be judges?

Accepted Answer

We will have limited judges, mainly on stations with set rep counts like wall balls.  There will be coaches circulating the other stations of distance to ensure form and movement is accurate.
