I'm not a member of EFN, can I still register?

YES! Our Race Simulation events are open to the public. We love seeing more faces and growing the community. Bring friends!

I've never done a HYROX event before. Is this going to be too hard?

HYROX is the sport for everybody. It is a challenge, and that's what makes it fun.  You are able to move at your own pace. As they say "some race to compete, some race to complete."

How long does it take?

Accepted Answer

It all depends on your fitness level. The average finisher time at HYROX races last season was 01:32h. However, the race has no time limit: some participants take three hours, while the elite men and women finish under 55 minutes.

What can I do to prepare for more of these events?

That’s where we come in! Here, at EFN our facility offers the perfect training environment to prepare for HYROX. How early should I arrive?

Waves will start at 7:30, but we will start participants as they arrive. Please try and arrive before 9am if you plan on participating.

Can I bring friends with me?

Yes! We love a good fan club.  If your friends, family, or kids want to come support you - we welcome it! It can actually help to have a friend with you, they can hold your sheet and help mark down your times for you.
