Overview

A 3 day immersive HYROX performance experience designed for athletes wanting to improve race strategy, pacing, technique and performance.

WHAT TO EXPECT? The HYROX Performance Camp is designed to give athletes a structured and intentional training experience, focused on not just working hard but learning how to race and perform at a higher level.

Across the weekend you'll experience the following

  • HYROX specific training sessions
  • Compromised running and pacing work
  • Q+A and Race day strategy workshops including nutrition, pacing, strategies, etc.
  • Doubles communication and transitions
  • Group team dinners/breakfast after each session
  • Supported from LSKD, Maple Movement, TRUE Protein
  • Athlete welcome goodie packs and limited edition shirt

FRIDAY (PM)

5pm arrival athlete check in. Meet the other athletes, quick technique work on certain stations followed by our opening HYROX specific session (movement efficiency and pacing). Then followed by dinner at the Mollymook golf club 7pm.

SATURDAY (AM)

7am arrival at the gym, straight into our HYROX conditioning session. Main focus on engine building and compromised running. This will be the first of two threshold sessions for the day with the second session later in the afternoon. Session will be followed by breakfast at Oceanvibe 8:30am

SATURDAY (PM)

2:30pm arrival back at the gym for race strategy workshops Doubles communication and Q+A. Will be going over race day strategies and pacing the race, doubles tactics, nutrition, training methods and any questions asked. Following this we will go into our second session of the day which will be our simulation workout. Learning pacing strategies and putting everything you’ve learnt over the weekend into work in this session. Following this session will be fuelled by Eazi Street food truck doing burgers and there full menu for us all to refuel.
