Introducing, the Hyrox Conditioning Test, your pathway to performance testing the Hyrox program. This 34-minute event will test athletes strength, endurance and Hyrox skills in a controlled, group environment.
The Hyrox Conditioning Test was designed to work hand-in-hand with the Output Sports Capture App so you can see where your deficiencies are and what you can do to improve. All participants will have access to this score/app.
Heats will START every 10:00. 4 People per heat. $50 to play!
