About this event

This 4-week series will be held in-person on Tuesdays, April 30, May 7, 14, & 21 (7:30 - 8:30 pm).

If you have poor posture, core weakness, post-partum weakness, pelvic organ prolapse or urinary incontinence, join our 4-week series designed to give you better control of your core and pelvic muscles as well as improved breathing pattern. Learn about the theory behind hypopressives and practice Level 1 LPF (Low Pressure Fitness) poses and exercises. Each week includes breathing techniques and postural exercises intended to activate your pelvic floor and deep core muscles, mobilize the myofascial system and improve overall breathing pattern. This series will be led by Laura Fellows, PT, DPT, OCS, a pelvic health physical therapist with Princeton Medical Center Princeton Rehabilitation and a Certified Low Pressure fitness (LPF) trainer.

This series is not intended for women who are pregnant.
