About Me
I have been a hypnotherapist and NLP trainer for 16 years. I help people heal from traumas, improve areas of life, change behaviors and habits. I am also black belt in hapkido. Hapkido teaches leadership and a non verbal communication that shows confidence and calmness. I have adapted the philosophy and energy of hapkido to work along with hypnosis and NLP in creating better relationships, self-esteem/confidence, and empowerment.
