Class Description: In this event, we come together to co-create a deeply guided hypnotic exploration using a theme from an oracle card pull. We take an hour to let go of the stress, anxiety and concerns of the world and replace them with messages from our highest selves. You might just be astonished at how much you can shift in an hour. Come prepared to sit or lie down comfortably and be open to the messages from your highest and greatest good. This session is designed to increase your awareness, compassion and self-love so that you can go out and reflect that back out into the world. That sounds pretty good, doesn&#x27;t it? No prior experience is required - simply come as you are.Facilitator bio:Mae Deevy is a Certified Hypnotist, Sound Healing Vocalist &amp; Host of &quot;Stories from the Subconscious&quot; Podcast. Using visualization and the power of your imagination, she leads you through a relaxing exploration of the subconscious mind that makes even the most skeptical participants say, &quot;she is the real deal.&quot; Mae works with clients privately and in group coaching programs to reframe and rewrite the stories we tell ourselves so that we can step into a place of calm and clarity.
