Every day, human being wake up with a true desire to be better, but deep inside, their “inner child,” (life ruler to many) constantly sabotages their progress.
HBW combines core concepts of mindfulness, hypnosis, regression, progression, coachig and yoga to facilitate the individual to rewrite their life story at different stages. This workshop is recommended for anyone who is willing to explore what has stopped them from growing and is willing to work it out. 
By combining yoga’s basic pose, Savasana (lying on the back), with conscious breathing, we are able to go back to those moments in which our “inner child” was intentionally or unintentionally hurt and "changed" thr story. Though observation, incantation and breath work, your life story can be rewritten permanently. 
This “life journey” exercise is designed to heal wounds allowing you to become a more conscious human being who is willing to awaken the “true fighter” that lives within.
