This program has one fitness session per week:

Mondays: Tai Chi - 5:00pm-5:30pm

  • Join us each week for 30 minutes of Tai Chi! You will engage in a moving meditation that can help improve your: mood, balance, concentration, and well-being. Spread the word and let's get moving!
