The Home Visitor Provider Network (HVPN)'s Panel Planning Committee will be hosting its semi-annual Home Visiting Program Panel. This event is designed for home visitors (family support workers, nurses, social workers, community health workers, etc.) to have an opportunity to engage with other home visitors outside of their program and model. We plan to increase support professionals’ awareness of other early childhood home visiting programs with an end goal of increased coordination and better support for families.
Attendees will:
Learn about each home visiting program in home visitor’s language
Increase understanding of “best fit” for family
Discuss appropriate referral procedures
Participate in a brief Q&A session
Have the opportunity to engage in some informal networking following the panel
