私たち一般社団法人スクラムギャザリング東京実行委員会は、2011よりRegional Scrum Gathering Tokyoを開催してきました。私たちは、スクラムを実践する人が集い垣根を超えて語り合う場を提供するという目的によりコミットしています。We are a non-profit organization that has been organizing Regional Scrum Gathering Tokyo since 2011. Our purpose is to provide a "Ba" (place) where practitioners share ideas among Scrum practitioners having a great diversity.

モブプログラミング (Mob Programming) とは
複数人同時に、1台のPCを囲み、1つの課題に協調的に取り組む開発手法、ないしワークスタイルです。2014年のAgile Conference で事例が発表され、欧米では認知と実践が広まってきました。日本でも2017年ごろから幅広く認知されるようになってきました。
Hunter Industries社について
最近注目されているモブプログラミングは、Chris Lucian、Woody Zuill らが Hunter Industries社で始めたのが起源です。2017年4月にスクラムギャザリング東京実行委員会のメンバーがそのHunter Industries社を訪問し、実際にみたところでは、モブプログラミングは単なるペアプログラミングの発展型としての"3人以上で行うプログラミングのプラクティス"ではありませんでした。本ワークショップでは、創始者の一人Chris Lucian を迎え、実際の現場でのプラクティスをなるべくそのままお届けします。
