Introduction
At Seasoned, Flexibility is a virtue we greatly subscribe to as an organization. We try as much as we can to fit in the shoes of our stakeholders in an effort to understand their challenges towards delivery of assigned tasks by being flexible, hands on and empathetic to the various challenges they face. We have a scheduled training approach that focuses on offering training solutions through training courses developed prior and offered quarterly. Our tailor made training model focuses on groups of people with similar needs and gaps, addressed through either a group training or an individual training focusing on specific needs identified through an evaluation after which a specific product is designed to address the identified skill gaps.
