We’ll create space to notice what’s happening beneath the urge to “fix” ourselves and explore how change can happen without turning inward with judgment.This is not therapy, advice, or problem-solving. There is no expectation to share. Listening is a complete way to participate. You’re welcome whether things feel heavy, uncertain, or mostly fine but not quite right.
