On (Wednesday) June 26th, September 25th and December 18th, a representative from the Hampton Human Services Department will meet with citizens at the library to discuss their needs and eligibility for benefits and services. These benefits and serivces include learning about obtaining an Assurance Wireless cell phone through the federal Lifeline Assistance program. Please come upstairs to the Reference Area of the Hampton Main Library at 4207 Victoria Blvd.
