Overview

A 75-minute space for thoughtful people to speak honestly about the lives they’re living and leave a little lighter.

Human Room: Where the Truth Feels Lighter

You don’t have to burn your life down to tell the truth about it.
Sometimes just saying something out loud changes everything.

Human Room is a 75-minute guided conversation experience for thoughtful people who want deeper dialogue than everyday life usually allows.

When you step into the Human Room, you enter a space designed for honesty, curiosity, and real conversation. There’s no pressure to impress anyone or have the right answers. Instead, you’ll have the opportunity to speak truthfully about the life you’re living and listen to others with openness and respect.

Through simple prompts and structured partner conversations, participants explore the quiet questions many people carry but rarely have space to voice.

Many people arrive carrying thoughts they haven’t had the chance to say out loud.
They leave feeling lighter, more connected, and reminded that they’re not alone.

This is not therapy, networking, or a workshop.
It’s simply a room where people practice something rare: honest conversation.

What to Expect

• A warm, welcoming environment
• Guided prompts and partner conversations
• Thoughtful people who value meaningful dialogue
• A space to speak honestly or simply listen

Hosted by Lauren Barrett

Human Room is hosted by Lauren Barrett, a certified professional emotional intelligence coach and community healing advocate. Her work focuses on creating thoughtful spaces where people can slow down, speak honestly about the lives they’re living, and experience the relief of being heard without judgment or expectation.

Lauren created Human Room after noticing how many thoughtful, capable people carry meaningful questions and reflections that rarely have space in everyday conversation. Her approach blends emotional intelligence, curiosity, and simple structure to create rooms where honesty feels safe and connection happens naturally.
