Are you interested in developing your human resources skills? Whether you are a seasoned vet, or aspiring HR professional, our coaching session can assist you and your carer goals.

Our coaching session provides you and your team with a comprehensive training centered on human resources theories and concepts and provides participants with an opportunity to build a box of tools to enhance their processes and policies.

Coach infuses traditional/non-traditional methods, contemporary readings, case studies, motivators, moments in history, new HR law, media/film reviews, audits and inventories, strategy sessions, activities (such as, R&R, SKETS & SWOTS, known/unknown, 5A's, Objectives & Outcomes, and more) and culminates with developing a plan of action around a specific area of your work that you would like to further develop or resolve. Participants leave with a product or process to implement to address real circumstances or preventable concerns.

Attendee has an opportunity to (a) review the agenda and pick and choose between several topics, (b) raise specific concerns the consultant can align the session to (strategies/solutions), (c) request a review of their resume and career objectives for the consultant to support them in further enhancing their documents and career strategy to new opportunities and specific outcomes, (d) receive resources and suggestions on individuals and institutions to connect with based on their goals and interests.
