The fourth annual North American Electric Reliability Corporation Human Performance Conference – “Improving Human Performance on the Grid” – is planned for March 17-19, 2015. The conference focuses on human performance good industry practices and brings together sector specific subject matter experts and stakeholders in an idea sharing, cooperative forum focused on improving human performance on the bulk power system. In addition, two simultaneous training workshops are offered for participants to choose from on the last day, covering cause analysis and human performance.
