9:00 – 10:00: Biomedical Genomics Workbench – data import and introduction to Workflows 
10:00 – 10:15: Coffee break
10:15-12:00: Data Trimming, mapping of NGS read and Variant Calling (using predefined Workflows)
12-13:30 – Lunch
13:30 -14:30: Continue of previous
14:30-14:45: Coffee break
14:45-16:00: Live Demonstration of raw NGS data to final interpretation of variants.  
16:00-16:15:Questions and Wrap up
 
Day 2
8:30-9:00: Quickly going through the last day.
9:00 – 10:00: Ingenuity Variant Analysis – data import and filter cascade
10:00 – 10:15: Coffee break
10:15-12:00: Continued from previous
12-13:30 – Lunch
13:30 -14:30: QIAGEN Clinical Insight Interpret – from variants to treatment (overview and presentation) 
14:30-14:45: Coffee break
14:45-16:00: “In details” (by requests of the participants).
16:00-16:15: Questions and final wrap up. END of Workshop
