<p>Who am I? Why am I here? What is my purpose in life? These are questions that are intertwined with the human experience. They are guiding questions that drive the continual pursuit of meaning.  That quest continues as researchers start to blend our understanding of personality with behaviors, group dynamics, and team performance.  Will they find an underlying pattern in how and why we relate to some versus others?  Or is our behavior more random than not? The ramifications of this work will have significant implications for the future of how we build the teams of tomorrow that will solve the next generation of society’s problems.</p><p>In the following session you’ll:</p><p>•	Learn about the latest research related to personality, group behavior, and team performance</p><p>•	Better understand your own personality traits and how they relate to your work and personal life</p><p>•	Learn about common mechanisms for human bonding</p><p>•	Explore key questions that will shape the future of connection, meaning, and performance</p><p>All attendees will be asked to fill out a personality traits profile prior to attending.  Attendees will receive their complimentary results upon arrival at the session. His background in both the hard sciences and the art of family dynamics has driven him to take a behavioral and systematic approach to understanding and improving workplace culture.  An experienced leader in the areas of culture optimization, team development, and organizational effectiveness, he is now focused on bringing analytics to the team formation and development process to begin predicting and quantifying how personality, groups dynamics, and environment relate to team performance. Steve holds a BA from the University of Minnesota and an MSW from the University of Denver. He has worked with Fortune 1000 organizations and executives in a variety of sectors to help optimize their culture and achieve higher performance. </p><p></p>
