<a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/douglas-descalzi-4168105/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Douglas Descalzi</a> joined <a href="https://www.omnicell.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Omnicell</a> in November 2014. Prior to Omnicell, Mr. Descalzi held a variety of leadership positions with Bayer HealthCare, formerly MEDRAD, Inc. He founded the molecular imaging device business at Bayer and served as the Head of Research and Development for Computed Tomography, MEDRAD’s largest business unit. Mr. Descalzi started his career at GE and has co-founded several technology-based startups. He holds a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, an MS in Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech, and an MBA from the University of Virginia.

<a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/jacobguggenheim/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Jacob Guggenheim</a> is the VP of Engineering at <a href="https://www.vistapathbio.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">VistaPath Biosystems</a>. He is a graduate from MIT where his focus was on single cell manipulation (MS) and supernumerary robotic limbs (PhD). He is passionate about using technology and automation to improve healthcare where it's needed most. In his spare time, Jacob enjoys hiking, skiing, and tennis.

<a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/juanaparicioojea/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Juan Aparicio</a> is the VP Product at <a href="https://www.ready-robotics.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Ready Robotics</a>, where he is accelerating the adoption of automation with an ease-of-use and open platform approach to robotics. Before that, Juan was the Head of Advanced Manufacturing Automation for Siemens, where he led a team of researchers and engineers in the area of Robotics + AI, in Berkeley, California. In addition to his job at Ready, he is a Technical Advisor for the Advanced Robotics in Manufacturing (ARM), member of A3’s AI Tech Board and Skydeck advisor. Mr. Aparicio has been awarded the MIT Tech Review innovator under35 2019 Europe in the Pioneer category. In 2020, he was awarded Siemens Inventor of the year and the prestigious Thomas Alva Edison Patent Award.

She began her journey as a Design Engineer in medical devices before realizing her passion for understanding users and their needs and migrating to the role of Upstream Marketing in large development teams. She has held positions in major healthcare companies, including a founding member of the Boston-based Philips HealthTech accelerator. Her long history in upstream marketing is providing a bridge between Bally Design delivery capability and client needs, giving her the knack to spot the best way to connect clients and solutions.She is a Pittsburgh native and received her undergraduate and master's degrees in engineering from Penn State University and her MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.
