What if I have never hula hooped before?

This is the perfect event for you!

Great question! Hula Hooping is a fun exercise and can improve heart health, muscle tone, and it is nearly impossible to be in a bad mood while doing it…even if you aren’t a master at it.

Do I get to bring my hula hoop home?

Yes! You create your very own hula hoop that you get to bring home with you!

Are there going to be snacks?

We will have light snacks for you!

How old do you have to be to attend?

Ages 8-80+ are welcome to join us, younger participants just need a parent or guardian to stay with.
