Speaker Bio:

Eric is a passionate business leader and executive with over 25 years of diverse experience in consulting, executive coaching, organizational development, strategic planning, change leadership and business transformation, talent, succession, leadership development, and employee engagement and experience.

Eric is the CEO & Managing Partner of TransformX Partners, a Hawaiʻi-based management consulting/advisory practice delivering a full spectrum of People, Performance, Culture, and Organizational Development services and solutions. Eric is also an Adjunct Faculty member for the Master of Arts in Organization Development and Change program at Hawai‘i Pacific University. Most recently, Eric led Kaiser Permanente's Hawai‘i Region Leadership & Organizational Development function and Alaka‘i Institute, responsible for leading efforts to improve the performance and potential of KP Hawai‘i talent through individual, team, and organizational development. Eric and his team created and implemented strategies to improve the employee experience and enhance the people, performance, and culture of KP Hawai‘i, improving the total health of employees, members, patients, and the community. Eric was also a key national leader and architect for Kaiser Permanente Leadership University (KPLU), People Listening (Engagement), Organizational Design and Effectiveness, and Change Leadership and Management.

Previously, Eric was the leader of global talent solutions at ADP, transitioning to become the leader of ADP's global change leadership and change management center of excellence. He served as a transformational change expert resource to ADP executives, line leaders, and corporate function leaders. He led ADP’s change initiatives, including changes to culture, business processes, systems and technology, people and job roles, and organization design.

Before this, he was the head of global professional services for the American Management Association (AMA), one of the world’s leading leadership and management development education providers. Before AMA, Eric was the Organizational Development and Training Lead for the East Region of RSM McGladrey, the fifth-largest U.S. provider of assurance, tax, and consulting services. He was also a Partner with Knowing Point, LLC, and a Director with JVKellyGroup, Inc., both specialized business consulting firms.

During his career, Eric has specialized in peak performance, leadership, teamwork, executive development, change leadership, communications, and strategic organizational development. Eric has been published and quoted in professional and trade journals and speaks in local, national, and international venues on leadership, teamwork, coaching, change, transformation, organizational development, performance, potential, and talent management.

Eric earned his B.A. in psychology from Adelphi University in Garden City, New York, and his Doctoral Degree in psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) in San Francisco, California.
