WHAT IS REIKI?
Reiki is an energy healing technique in which a Reiki healer uses gentle hand movements with the intention of guiding the flow of healthy energy (what's known in Reiki as life force energy) through the client's body to reduce stress and promote healing.

The Access Bars Therapy brings the body and mind back into harmony and releases common blockages. 32 points in the head are touched which allow our mind new access to issues like Money, Health, Kindness, Creativity, Communication, Control, gratitude, Sexuality, joy, and dreams. The treatment Brings balance to your body and mind.
WHAT IS BACK MASSAGE?
Back pain is frequently caused by a muscle strain or a ligament strain. A back massage is often effective in treating pain because it increases the blood flow to the affected area.
