The research is in: <a href="https://www.cnbc.com/2021/08/17/after-18-months-of-unrelenting-change-hr-is-burned-out-too.html" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">HR is burned out</a>. Not that we needed the media to tell us that. Eighteen months of serving as caretakers to ourselves, our families, and our organizations is starting to take a toll on our collective well-being. No more! Meet #HRvsBurnout. We want to help with what we know best – using design thinking to ideate our way out of a complex problem like this. There are three ways you can get involved and benefit: <ol><li>Join us for this virtual #HRvsBurnout Hackathon where you will gain empathy, ideate solutions, and leave with a plan to restore your sanity.</li><li>Can’t make it or too burned out to join (oh, the irony)?
