H﻿uman Resources Achievement Program is built on four pillars.1. Professional DevelopmentThe Professional Development Division fosters lifestyle success using established community partnerships and internal accessory tools to provide participants with an equitable leverage. The division also teaches human resources laws and practices to adequately armor participants with the knowledge and strategic skills for sustainable career or entrepreneurial paths.2. Community EngagementThe Community Engagement and Mentorship Division manages and implements community relations initiatives in order to increase program awareness, affords community members the opportunity and education necessary to get involved, and garners support requirements for each community served. The division also connects experienced volunteers with youth and young adults to guide and advise them on how to become the best version of themselves.3. Client EngagementThe Client Engagement Division establishes community connections for educational, internship and permanent employment opportunities in order to assist community members with receiving General Educational Development (GED) and Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) preparation for collegiate entry, and ensure adequate job training skills and resume development options are available for those who wish to enter the workforce.4. OperationsThe Operations Division supports the growth, development and functions of the organization, ensuring that policies, information technology, budget and fundraising efforts sufficiently support the participants and staff. The division uses data-driven process improvement methodologies as a means to provide accurate guidance to division partners.

Free Thanksgiving Baskets to families in need during the 2020 Holiday Season.

Human Resources Achievement Program will provide free Thanksgiving Baskets (November 2020), to low income families or really anyone that is looking for help during the 2020 holiday season. This event is open to the public but you must register in advance. Because of COVID-19 we have increased how many clients we can see and therefore we need your help! Help us meet the great demand for plenty of healthy food during this tough time.
