When is the right time to grow your startup? Is there ever a wrong time to do so? Deciding how to go about scaling and the timeline to do so can be cumbersome. On March 11, Jackson Andrews, Managing Director at <a href="https://endeavorlouisville.org/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Endeavor</a>, Greg Langdon, Investor &amp; Startup Advisor, and Kyle Keeney, <a href="https://www.elevateventures.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Elevate Ventures</a> Entrepreneur-in-Residence, will participate in a panel discussion to cover this growing pain that many startups face. Join us as we discuss how - and WHEN - to scale your startup into something larger.SPEAKERSJackson Andrews Jackson Andrews co-founded and helped launch one of the earliest U.S. Endeavor offices in 2015. He currently serves as Managing Director and on the Board of Directors. Founded in 1997, Endeavor supports high-growth entrepreneurs in often overlooked and underserved markets. Now operating in 37 countries and 8 U.S. markets; in 2018 Endeavor entrepreneur led companies generated over $20 billion in revenue and employ over 3 million people around the world. Prior to Endeavor, he served as managing director and partner at Spouting Rock Capital where he worked with companies like Rubicon Global (now valued in excess of $1Billion). He has served on the client solutions advisory council for Legg Mason Asset Management and holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation. In 2014, he was named to the Milken Institute’s global Young Leaders Circle. He is a graduate of Centre College and an alumnus of Harvard Business School (PLDA). He and his wife Liz are active in the community and have two children, Jack (8) and Catherine (6).Greg LangdonGreg Langdon works with early-stage technology companies and related programs in Louisville, KY. He is an advisor, board member or investor for several software startups, and is a member of the investment committees for two of Louisville’s angel investment funds. As an active mentor with accelerator programs including XLerateHealth, the Vogt Awards, Velocity Indiana and Nucleus LaunchIt, Greg has worked closely with over 100 seed-stage startups. He has served on the boards of Venture Connectors and GLI’s EnterpriseCorp, as well as the Louisville Metro Civic Innovation Advisory Board. Mr. Langdon was part of the executive team that led Efficient Networks from a venture-funded startup into a market-leading position in broadband Internet equipment, a successful initial public offering, multiple acquisitions, and a subsequent sale to Siemens AG. At Efficient Networks he was responsible for product strategy and marketing, and contributed to business development with new customers as well as acquisition due diligence. Previously he held product management, system architecture and product development positions in the telecom and computer industries. Mr. Langdon has a degree in electrical engineering from Vanderbilt University.
