About this event

  • 3 hours

In this Social Brainery session, you’ll learn:

  • How to build a social media strategy with clear direction that ensures tangible results
  • How to develop social media content that has been proven to be successful
  • How to boost your brand recognition through community engagement

Lisa Long Lyter will be sharing the framework that the Red Iron Design Social Media agency utilizes. The difference between success and failure is often found in the strategy, or in the lack of one.

A social media manager with a strategy has a framework through which to:

  • Plan based on the 5 year business plan
  • Prioritize based on the first year of the 5 year business plan
  • Execute, Measure , and Optimize

The execution of this framework will lead to brand, financial, and follower growth because your marketing is utilizing a master plan - a marketing GPS system - to track the progess.

When you develop strategic direction, with measurements in place, you’ll know when it’s time to modify and evolve because the data will tell you.

You will complete this session understanding how to incorporate the above points and write a 90-day strategic plan.

Never again will you have to wake up and wonder, "What should I post today?".

The Red Iron Design social media team manages over 25 social media accounts in Pensacola. Lisa will share real life examples from these local small businesses that are your favorites to dine and shop with in Pensacola including Dog House, The Daily Squeeze, Elebash Jewelers, The Zimmern Team, Global Grill, Hanto and Clarke General Contractors, BarSteak, etc.
