Your Heels. Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable, confident and/or sexy. For a beginner shoe, please avoid pump heel styles and start with styles that includes some or all key features.

HOW SOON WILL I LEARN HOW TO WALK IN HEELS?

Your success rate depends on your dedication to the process in the session.  Most women leave with a 100% transformation walking in heels by the end of the class.

No one has ever fallen in my heels class. The Munroe Walk Workshop framework is demonstrated in a safe and supportive environment.
