You’ll work through the incredible framework created by Will Guidara, author of the best-selling book “Unreasonable Hospitality.” Then, together we’ll build your Customer Journey Advantage Map.

During this workshop, we’ll:

PARKING + DIRECTIONS

Visitors can access the parking garage from Johnson Street, the street between the apartment complex and the Pinnacle office. After turning into the parking garage, follow the signs to tenant parking on Level 3. Once on Level 3, you will use the bridge from the garage to the outside deck area. Enter through the glass door to the right. Take the Elevator to the 9th floor. Pinnacle Financial Partners is located on the 9th floor. Please note any parking fees are not included in your event registration.
