Has your spouse, partner, family member, or friend been diagnosed with postpartum depression, anxiety, or other PMAD?

Do you feel confused or frustrated that your attempts to help seem…not helpful?

Is your loved one pregnant and you want to gain confidence for this transition?

Your role matters! Learn about different types of support that new mothers actually need, and tips to aid her recovery through this difficult time. During this 60-minute presentation plus Q+A, we’ll also cover what doesn’t help, coping with your own stress, and additional resources.

Light refreshments provided.
