Bob Morris, aka Xtremehorticulture, retired as a Horticulture Specialist from the University of Nevada and now  consults with small scale farms and homeowners in desert landscaping, orchard management, soil management and composting, drip irrigation and all phases of desert horticulture.

Learn how to prune fruit trees from their first year in the ground until they produce fruit..You will learn the basic types of pruning cuts, why they are done and where. I will teach you my simplified "bottom to top method" of pruning fruit trees to get larger and evenly balanced fruit production.. Fruit trees include peach, nectarine, apricot, plum, apple, pear and hubrids like pluots.
The Ahern Orchard is a four-year-old orchard located in downtown Las Vegas between Martin Luther King Boulevard and Rancho. Bring hand your hands pruners if you want hands on experience.

No but please identify yourself for the class.
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
Yes it is. The attendee must know the name who they are replacing.One ticket per person.
