Mr. Kersting is an accomplished executive with more than 20 years of business-building expertise with internationally operating companies.
He has consulted to or led as CEO/VP/GM and been a part of the decision-making for start-ups as well as private and publicly traded companies requiring any combination of turnaround, growth, and positioning for M&A. His responsibilities have spanned raising capital, business assessment, complete strategy formation and cross-functional execution.
Companies led by Mr. Kersting served highly regulated environments including Aerospace, Oil & Gas, SaaS, Power Generation, Nuclear, Mining, Renewable Energy, HVAC, plus others.
He has also served as a Board of Director for the American Chamber of Commerce in Canada, (AMCHAM), as well as the Ontario Aerospace Council, (OAC).
