Jaci is a partner in the Hospitality Group at Greenspoon Marder. She is recognized as an expert in beverage alcohol regulation, beverage alcohol e-commerce and delivery. She represents clients across all three tiers. Prior to joining Greenspoon Marder, Jaci served as General Counsel for Drizly, the nation’s leading and largest platform for on-demand alcohol delivery. Jaci also served as General Counsel to the New York State Liquor Authority from 2012 to 2016 and served in various other state and New York City government positions. She frequently lectures on technology and beverage alcohol regulation and is a thought partner to trade associations.
