Her original career was as a haircutting specialist in high-end salons in New York City and a trainer in the professional beauty industry.

She moved on to become a trainer in a global personal growth and development company for 16 years.

Donna is also an 11-year member of Toastmasters and has earned the highest award of Distinguished Toastmaster.

She is a member of the National Speakers Association.
