What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

We do not offer refunds.  Please read through the entire class description before making your purchase and reach out to us at class@theblackupstart.com with questions.   In rare instances, we will offer an opportunity to transfer your ticket to another class.  However, this must be approved.

When will I receive the link to class?

Accepted Answer

We send the link to class at least 24 - 48 hours before class to all registered, verified attendees.

Question 3

Do I need to purchase AI software to participate?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you do need to purchase AI software in order to participate in class.  Please budget $20 - $40 in addition to the cost of your tuition.  We will send a list of the necessary software from the following email address within 48 hours of class: class@theblackupstart.com

Question 4

How long is the replay available?

Accepted Answer

Due to the changing nature of AI, and the rate at which our curriculum is updated, the replay will only be available for 45 days after class. The replay can be purchased with your ticket or after class ends.  In rare instances, we will make the replay available for 60 days.

Question 5

What type of videos are produced?

Accepted Answer

We will teach you  how to create listicle videos that can generate passive income for you on YouTube.

Question 6

Is this the same as Professor Kez storytelling videos on Instagram?

Accepted Answer

No, this is not the same class!  These videos will use realistic media clips (both stock and AI produced) to create a professional video that attracts thousands of videos and are instructional in nature.
