How to Get the Most Out of 211 Virginia: Info Session Screening
Learn how to get listed, updated, and get the most out of your place on 211 Virginia.
During 211 Virginia Week, we'll go beyond our three-digit dialing code and invite participants to learn more about the functions of 211 Virginia, including the contact center, database, community engagement, and data. Participants will have the opportunity to engage with the 211 Virginia team, learn best practices, how to partner with 211 Virginia, discover trends and unmet needs in your communities, and more! Our partners in Caswell can also benefit from this session, though it's possible that not 100% of the material will be transferable.
During this session, agencies will learn how to update listing information, add new programs, and create new agency listings. We will discuss strategies for accessing listing information, best practices for listing information, and how listing with 211 Virginia can impact local communities.
211 Virginia Week is hosted by the Council of Community Services, Virginia Department of Social Services, and the United Way of Central Virginia. The Nonprofit Network is offering a screening of two of their informational sessions to combat Zoom fatigue and allow participants to be in the same room. All of the 211 Virginia Week sessions can be found here.
