Step into the surprising world of culinary diplomacy at this interactive cooking workshop inspired by bestselling author Witold Szabłowski’s books How to Feed a Dictator and What’s Cooking in the Kremlin.

In an intimate kitchen setting, cook alongside Executive Chef Asia Gonczar and Executive Sous Chef Heath Young while the author, doubling up as a chef, spices up the dishes with his astonishing stories he collected from the cooks who served some of history’s most infamous autocrats. Part cooking class, part storytelling salon — this is food, history, and conversation blended together into a mixture whose taste will stay with you forever!
